Shipping and Returns

Shipping your order

Packages are generally shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment and are sent via express courier with tracking and delivery without signature.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage. Packaging costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. For this reason, we recommend grouping your items into one order. It is not possible to group two separate orders made separately and the relative shipping costs will be applied to each of them.

Your package will be shipped with the utmost care. The boxes used are of adequate size and your items will be well protected.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Italy: 1-2 business days
• Europe: 4-7 business days

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of the date of receipt. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send written notice to Oba.srl and ship to OBA Srl via Petraro, 164 Santa Maria La Carità (Na) zip code 80050.

The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging and with all accessories. The return costs are borne by the customer.

Once the returned product has been received and its condition has been verified, Oba.srl will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized, as well as perishable products or which, by their nature, can deteriorate rapidly.
